Recently, we were featured on Love & Lobster, a fantastic resource for couples having a coastal New England wedding. Jana and Lisa's Acadia National Park wedding was so fun to photograph. Initially, they would keep things low-key and take some cell phone photos to document the day, but Jana's brother convinced them they needed a photographer. How could you get married somewhere as beautiful as Acadia National Park and not!?
Lisa and Jana had a beautiful ceremony in the park at Otter Cliffs. They toasted with champagne, and their group of friends and family shared many tearful hugs, then led their guests in a parade back to the parking lot when it was time to head back to downtown Bar Harbor for their reception. Their intimate reception at the Bar Harbor Inn occurred in the Porcupine Room, which has a large deck overlooking Frenchman Bay. Guests enjoyed cocktails as they watched several boats, including the Margaret Todd, return from sunset sightseeing cruises.
I am so thrilled that these two are finally married after ten years together, so I couldn't wait to see their wedding day on Love & Lobster.
Here's a little peek at part of the feature.
Thank you for featuring us, Love & Lobster!
