Bristol Maine Wedding at Long Cove | Matt & Hope

Matt and Hope's Bristol Maine wedding at Long Cove had it all —perfect weather, a lighthouse, food trucks, and lots and lots of happy faces.

When we met up with Hope and Matt last year to discuss their wedding, they were on their way to close up their family's summer home for the year. We had a pretty terrible Maine winter looming ahead of us, and it seemed like August and their wedding day were so far away. Finally, their wedding day rolled around, and what a day it was! It was probably the warmest, and sunniest wedding we've ever photographed, and Hope and her girls were all pretty giddy about it.

Matt and Hope are one of those couples that really remind us why we do this. They were such a joy to have in front of the camera.

P.S. I am a HUGE fan of the show One Tree Hill, and one of their guests was on the show as one of the major villains (shoutout to Matt Barr!). Matt and Hope gave him a heads up that I was a fan, and he came over and talked to me for several minutes about the show. I was seriously geeking out. It was so nice of him to do that and so nice of them to ask him to.
