So excited to share Melissa and Lucky's Peaks Island, Maine wedding at Harbor View at Jones Landing today!
Melissa and Lucky currently reside in Dallas, but she's a Maine girl, having grown up in Cape Elizabeth. When I asked how they met, Melissa told me they met in the college dorms during freshman year when during a party, she insisted on checking Lucky's driver's license to prove that was his name. Nine years later, they got engaged and started wedding planning. Melissa knew she wanted to give their guests the Maine experience, so there was a sunset rehearsal cruise around Casco Bay, plenty of Maine beer and lobster, and an epic wedding to cap things off.
I can't say enough about how amazing these two were to photograph. They had the biggest smiles the entire weekend, and Melissa's laugh was infectious. My cheeks hurt from smiling so much during the editing process. You'll see what I mean below.
