Covid forced Kary and Mike to pivot from their original plan for their wedding day. They decided to hold the big New Hampshire shindig a year later and have a micro wedding in Kennebunkport, Maine with immediate family in 2020. When we met up with them for their engagement photos in Ogunquit earlier this year, everything was still a bit up in the air. Still, they quickly devised a great plan—a ceremony at Goose Rocks Beach and an intimate dinner at Kary's parent's nearby home. Everyone got tested for Covid before the wedding day, which we appreciated! We had a perfectly-warm September day, complete with fantastic beach lighting. Back at Kary's parents, which could be a small wedding venue, there was dancing in the adorable barn, followed by dinner at the stunning table Kary so carefully personalized.
Keep an eye out for those beach photos —we raced the setting sun to get to a spot where Kary could climb the cliffs for some pretty epic dress shots. I can't wait to see these two again soon!
