Maine Lakeside Cabins Wedding | Libby & Dustin

I graduated high school with Dustin (shoutout to the Mattanawcook Academy class of 2007!). He also happens to be my best friend’s cousin. Still, I was surprised and honored when he and Libby reached out about having us photograph their Maine Lakeside Cabins wedding in Caratunk. It would be our first wedding in that part of the state. The day was a surprisingly cold one for July, which was perfect because they had originally planned to get married in the fall. Mother Nature was looking out! If you’re looking for a rustic wedding venue on the water that offers plenty of accommodations for your wedding guests, then this spot is perfect. There’s even a volleyball pit on the property, which provided some serious wedding reception entertainment.

These two have the kindest souls, and it was wonderful witnessing their love for each other. Their family and friends were some of the most welcoming people we’ve had the chance to spend time with, and I wish we could do it all over again.
