Today I’m sharing photos from Kara and Reid’s Maine family farm wedding. After meeting Kara and Reid through our past wedding clients, I anxiously awaited the arrival of their wedding day. Kara sent me photos of the venue (Reid’s family farm), and it was gorgeous! There was a stunning farmhouse, an adorable barn, and rolling fields in all directions.
While Joel was with Reid and his groomsmen, I spent the early part of the day documenting Kara getting ready with her daughter, Mya, and her bridesmaids. It was so sweet to watch as Kara helped Mya get dressed and then as Mya helped Kara. During the reception, Reid shared a special dance with Mya that made everyone in the room emotional. There were toasts full of laughter and tears, and it was easy to see how loved these two are by all. Throughout the wedding day, it was very clear just how important family is to these two, and I loved documenting every minute of it.
