Jill and Don were kind enough to let me photograph their Eddington, Maine wedding, which happened to be the first wedding I've ever photographed!
Jill works with my mother and had seen some engagement photos I shared recently. She reached out through my mom to see if I'd be interested in doing a wedding. I have to admit, I was a little nervous about taking on my first wedding, but Jill and Don were so kind and gracious the entire time.
I started the day with Jill, her daughter, and her bridesmaids at the Shear Delight Salon in Brewer. Everyone was bubbling with excited energy. From the salon, we made the drive to Backdoor Dance Studio in Eddington, Maine for the wedding ceremony and reception.
Jill and Don wanted to keep the day relaxed and fun, as well as focused on family. They made sure to include Jill's daughter in everything from their portraits to a family dance later in the evening.
Jill and Don, thank you so much for being the very first bride and groom in front of my camera!
