So happy to be sharing Ellen and Jordan’s Rockport, Maine wedding today. I met Ellen years ago. In fact, she was one of my first clients ever (thanks, Ellen!)! I’m so grateful that she’s kept up with our work over the years, and that she chose us to document her wedding day with Jordan. I was counting down the days until their wedding. These two are wonderful and radiate such fantastic energy that you can’t help but be giddy around them. They chose an intimate celebration on the coast of Maine with their nearest and dearest, and it was very obvious that I’m not the only one who knows how fantastic they are.
The day started at a rental home in Rockport. Ellen and Jordan planned a coffee date in the woods instead of having the usual first look, and I loved photographing those calm, relaxing moments between them before the ceremony.
Ellen and her sister, Hannah, are also the duo behind E & H Creates, so they also created all the paper goods and the adorable “Love is the Maine Ingredient” coffee mugs you’ll see below. Seriously, everything is adorable and I plan on being a repeat customer. 🙂 I was already a fan of their sisterhood just from seeing their interactions on social media, but wow… These two together in person are sister goals. I watched Hannah tear up in happiness multiple times for her big sister throughout the day, and I wanted to adopt them both as my sisters. Is that a thing?
Ellen and Jordan also scheduled over two hours for portraits into the day, which is an absolute dream for a photographer. Wait until you see what we created! On to the photos!
