I'm excited to share Chris and Lindsey's Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park engagement photos today. I met Lindsey through her brother Aaron, who modeled and did hair and makeup for some of my shoots. She is easily one of the sweetest people I've ever met, so when I heard she wanted me to photograph her wedding, I was SO excited! Lindsey and Chris are getting married at the Bar Harbor Club next June, and I can't wait to be a part of their day. They are so adorable together, and I found myself saying, "Awwww," with everything they did. ♥
Here are some of my favorites from their session. We started in Acadia National Park at Sand Beach, where Lindsey and Chris frolicked together in the waves. From there, we headed up to Cadillac Mountain, where a thin layer of fog had moved in, lightly coating the view of downtown. It created a beautiful, soft light, and we were thrilled that we could still see the water and various islands in the distance. When we were finished on Cadillac Mountain, we drove to downtown Bar Harbor for the last few minutes of twilight. It was a surprisingly quiet evening in Bar Harbor, and when we were done with our session, Lindsey and Chris headed off to dinner while I sat by the water until dark, then grabbed some ice cream before making the drive home to Orrington.
