Today I am sharing Jana & Lisa's Acadia National Park elopement photos! A few weeks before Jana and Lisa traveled to Maine to elope from Kentucky, Jana's brother, Alex, contacted me about doing photos. They were initially going to skip having a photographer present, but he was determined to change their minds because it would be a once-in-a-lifetime celebration, and how could you not have photos when Acadia National Park is your backdrop!?
After hearing about their plans for the day, I couldn't wait to be part of the celebration. Friends and family made the long journey to celebrate with them, and I was made part of the crew. I honestly can't thank this entire group enough for making me feel so welcome and like I was another old friend.
Jana and Lisa exchanged vows at Otter Cliffs in Acadia National Park. After their vows and a few portraits, they danced with their guests in a parade back to the parking lot. From there, we headed to the Bar Harbor Inn for dinner in the Porcupine Room with a perfect view of Frenchman Bay.
