Paula and Avery decided to exchange rings and vows privately in Acadia National Park on a gorgeous fall morning, and I’m so happy that they allowed me to be a part of it. We started our session with portraits, and they told me they’d let me know when they find the right spot. When they did, I stepped far enough away  that I couldn’t hear the personal vows they had written each other, but close enough that I could still grab a few photos of the exchange.

After, we continued our portraits, but I could see a difference in both of them. They seemed really, really happy.
